Black Friday 2026
A theme update or a new app goes live, and the checkout quietly stops working on mobile. Usually the first sign is an email from an annoyed customer. Testavi's AI agents shop your store every hour through Black Friday and alert you first.
For Shopify, Shopware, WooCommerce, Magento and custom stores. We onboard a limited number of stores per week.
November is when stores change the most: new themes, sale banners, extra apps, new discount codes. Every change is a chance for the checkout to break.
Theme and app updates. A new sale theme, an upsell app or a cart drawer goes live and the "Add to cart" button stops responding on some phones. Nothing looks wrong on your laptop.
A payment method drops off. PayPal, Klarna or Apple Pay disappears from checkout after a settings change or a plugin update. The customers who wanted to pay that way simply leave.
Discount codes. The BFCM code is rejected, applies to the wrong products, or stacks with another offer when it shouldn't. You hear about it in support tickets or see it in your margin.
Currency and language. The German store shows prices in dollars, a translation is missing on the payment step, or shipping to Austria suddenly isn't offered.
Third-party scripts. A chat widget, review app, tracking pixel or cookie banner loads slowly or covers the pay button. The page still loads, so uptime checks stay green.
You don't write anything or install anything on your store. We set it up and keep it running.
On a short call we agree which journeys matter most for your sale: the products you'll push, the codes you'll run, the markets you ship to. We write those flows in plain English.
The agents browse, add to cart, apply codes and go through checkout like a real customer, on desktop and on mobile web. When you change your theme, they adapt instead of breaking.
If something fails, you get a message in Slack or by email with a video of the run and the exact step that broke. Forward it to your developer or agency and they can see the problem straight away.
We cover the journeys that cost you orders when they break. The exact list depends on your store, and we agree it with you during setup.
Homepage, category pages, search and filters lead to the right products.
Sizes and variants can be picked, sale prices show correctly and the product goes into the cart.
Quantities update, totals add up and free-shipping thresholds work as you set them.
Your Black Friday codes apply, give the right discount and don't stack where they shouldn't.
Address and shipping steps work, your payment methods are offered, and the order can be placed up to the pay button.
Returning customers can log in and see their account and saved details.
Subscribe-and-save options show up and can be chosen at checkout.
Currency, language and shipping options are right for each country you sell to.
Every flow runs on a desktop browser and a mobile browser, where most sale traffic tends to land.
Uptime checks and analytics are useful, but they wait for real traffic. By the time a conversion drop shows up on a dashboard, customers have already left.
